Quick and Easy Coconut Cake

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 Cup Castor Sugar
- 1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1 Cup Milk
- Icing Sugar to sprinkle
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C or 160°C Fan Oven

Grease and line a 20cm baking tin with baking paper

Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir well

Pour mixture into lined baking tin

Bake for 40 minutes

Allow to cool for 5 minutes before turning it out of the baking tin, and let the cake to cook
