  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Double Cream
  • ½ Cup Flora Plant BUTTER
  • ½ Cup White Sugar
  • ½ Cup Mozart Liqueur

Instructions

BATTER

  1. Preheat the oven 180°C

  2. Beat the sugar and eggs until fluffy

  3. Add Apricot Jam

  5. Melt Butter, Vinegar and Milk on low heat

  6. Add Melted Butter mix to Flour batter

SAUCE

  1. In a saucepan add cream, Flora Plant Butter, sugar and Mozart Liqueur. Heat on medium, stir until butter has melted and sugar dissolved. Do not mix to boil.
