KELLOGG’S COCO POPS BROWNIES
Kellogg's Coco Pops Brownies

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Kellogg's Coco Pops
- 2 Cups Self Raising Flour
- 120 g Pecan Nuts
- 250 g Dark Chocolate
- 200 g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C and grease baking dish

Melt butter and chocolate over medium heat

In a bowl whisk eggs and sugar then beat until light and fluffy

Add flour and chopped pecan nuts and gently fold into the egg mix

Add melted chocolate and Kellogg's Coco Pops and combine well

Pour batter into greased baking dish and bake for 30 min

Test readiness with a toothpick inserted into the centre, should come out fudgy with the brownie.
