Ingredients
  1. Pinch of Salt
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. 220g Sugar
  4. 200g Flour
  5. 10g Baking Powder
  6. 150ml Warm Milk
  7. 80g Melted Butter
  8. Icing Sugar as needed
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 180°C
  2. Beat together the Eggs, Salt, Sugar
  3. Gradually add the Flour to the mix
  4. Add the Baking Powder to the mixture
  5. Warm the Milk
  6. In a separate bowl mix the Milk and Butter
  7. Add 2 Spoons of the cake batter to the Milk and Butter mixture and mix well
  8. Add it to the rest of the cake batter
  9. Pour into a floured cake tin
  10. Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked (oven dependent)
Notes
  1. Really enjoyed making this cake. Not expensive to make either and tastes really divine. I mean, if our super fussy son who by the way does not approve of too much sugar loved it, it says a lot ... right?
