NORTH AFRICAN (MAGHREB) CHICKEN
In the mood for something new, I tried out a recipe from North Africa who are known for their spices leaving the kitchen with a wonderful aroma. This dish is very spicey (not chilli hot). We served it with Pearl Couscous, but you could serve it with rice or Flatbread.

On the AutoCooker, I used the Pressure Cooker setting for 2 hours and then opened the lid and used the Fry setting for 15 min to thicken the sauce a little. In the Slow Cooker you may need to cook it for 4 hours.
