Quick and Easy Coconut Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1 Cup Castor Sugar
  • 1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Icing Sugar to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C or 160°C Fan Oven

  2. Grease and line a 20cm baking tin with baking paper

  3. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir well

  4. Pour mixture into lined baking tin

  5. Bake for 40 minutes

  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before turning it out of the baking tin, and let the cake to cook
