OATS & RAISIN COOKIES
Quick and Easy, Great to make with the kids
Ingredients
- 250 ml Cake Flour
- 2 ml Salt
- 2 ml Bicarbonate of Soda
- 5 ml Ground Cinnamon
- 125 ml Soft Butter or Margarine
- 125 ml Brown Sugar
- 60 ml White Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 25 ml Milk
- 150 ml Seedless Raisina (Optional)
- 500 ml Oats
Instructions

Set oven temperature to 190°C

Grease the baking tray with Butter/Margarine or spray it with Baking Spray

Sift Cake Flour, Salt, Bicarbonate of Soda and Cinnamon together into a mixing bowl

Melt the Butter/Margarine and add it to the flour mix

Add Sugar, Egg and Milk then stir it well with the wooden spoon. Mix it well until the mixture is smooth. You can use a handmixer too.

Add the Raisins and Oats and mix it well with the cookie batter

Using teaspoons form little lumps of dough on the baking tray, 5cm apart.

Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes
