Ingredients
- 1 Tin Rhodes Quality Mixed Vegetables in Brine 410g - drain the brine
- 1 Tin Rhodes Quality Green Beans Cross Cut in Brine 410g - drain the brine
- 1 Tin Rhodes Quality Tomatoes Chopped & Peeled 410g
- 1 Tin Rhodes Quality Butter Bean in Curry 410g
- 2 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 2 cm Piece Fresh Ginger root, peeled and grated
- 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Ground Tumeric
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
- 3 Tbsp Fruit Chutney
- Salt & Pepper To taste
- 1 Full loaf halved and quartered
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large saucepan or pot

Fry the onions until soft and golden

Add garlic, ginger, spices, chutney and fry it all together for 1 minute making sure to mix it all

Add the Rhodes Quality Mixed Vegetables, Green Beans, Chopped Tomato and Butter Beans

Cover and Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes

Season the mixture to taste

Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out bread, add the piece of bread
