EEZY PEEZY POTATO SMILEY FACES

If your kids are like our son, I’m sure they enjoy Spur’s Smiley Faces too.
I found this recipe and it’s super easy!
EEZY PEEZY POTATO SMILEY FACES
Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes
Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Water
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Pepper
- 2 tsp Flour
- Vegetable Oil
Instructions

1. Peel the potatoes, wash them and place them into a microwave friendly dish
2. Cover the dish with GLAD Cling Wrap
3. Microwave the potatoes for 11 minutes or until soft and easy to mash
4. Add salt and pepper to taste
5. Add flour
6. Mash the potatoes up
7. Spread the mashed potatoes on some parchment paper or to a floured counter (I found the paper to be cumbersome)
8. Use a small cup to cut out circles
9. To make the smiley face, use a straw to make the eyes and a spoon to make the smile
10. Once they are ready, freeze them for 30 minutes before frying them
