EEZY OATS BISCUITS
Recipe I found online originally made by Tin Chen
Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 150 g Oats
- 100 g White Sugar
- 150 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Golden Syrup
- 4 tbsp Milk
Instructions

Heat the oven to 180°C Fan oven / 160°C Gas / number 4

Sift flour into a bowl
Add Baking Powder
Add Oats
Add Sugar

Melt margarine
Mix in Syrup
Mix in Milk
Melt using microwave or pot on a stove
Stir well

Add dry ingredients to the margarine and combine well

Spoon onto the baking tray
Leave some space as the biscuits will grow

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
Leave to cool for 5 min
