This Good Friday, WWE and Netflix will release a feel-good family film that’ll have everyone from kid to grandma, glued to the screen. ‘The Main Event’ is a kid’s fantasy meets family-friendly sports film, that follows an 11-year old played by Seth Carr (young Killmonger in Black Panther), in his quest to live his dream of becoming a WWE superstar. #ad
The movie also stars Tichina Arnold (Everybody Hates Chris, Martin) as the 11-year old’s grandmother. A tale of a kid living his dream similar to 2002’s Like Mike with a dash of Jim Carrey’s The Mask, the film can be fun for the whole family.

When 11-year-old Leo Thompson (Seth Carr) discovers a magical wrestling mask that grants him super strength, he uses it to enter a WWE competition. Can one kid win it all, in the face of epic challengers in the ring?
