I love this time of year, besides all the general joy around us most of the time, the different global brands seasonal adverts, are always a jam. I love to see who has the best tear jerker. 

Here are some of my favourites so far. Let me know in the comments if you have any favourites. I think the Brits really excel at this with brands like John Lewis, IKEA etc nearly always leading the pack. 

DocMorris

This is my top tear jerker commercial advert of 2023. It was thought through and totally linked to the brand, about a grandfather who has to regain his fitness to make Christmas time extra special for his granddaughter.

Classic Chevrolet Suburban

A heartwarming story about a granddaughter’s holiday journey to gift her grandmother the memories from years past. (have the tissues ready)

Charlies Bar

A pub in Enniskillen in Northern Ireland created an advert which shows an elderly gentleman going about his day before enjoying a pint of Guinness with friends and strangers. This is a close second favourite.

AMAZON

Their festive advert is a story about life-long friendships, showing how joyful moments are made even more special when they’re shared with those you love.

This is a fund raiser advert to for Dementia. By purchasing the single single “One Moment More”, Sam Clegg hopes to raise funds for this important cause. All the funds will be donated to two UK registered charities. #TheManAndTheLamb
