EEZY OATS BISCUITS

Ingredients

  • 150 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 150 g Oats
  • 100 g White Sugar
  • 150 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 4 tbsp Milk

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 180°C Fan oven / 160°C Gas / number 4

  2. Sift flour into a bowl

    Add Baking Powder

    Add Oats

    Add Sugar

  3. Melt margarine

    Mix in Syrup

    Mix in Milk

    Melt using microwave or pot on a stove

    Stir well

  4. Add dry ingredients to the margarine and combine well

  5. Spoon onto the baking tray

    Leave some space as the biscuits will grow

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown

    Leave to cool for 5 min
