Apparently Gluten Free, but delicious according to my domestic tasters who can be super critical
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Grease a 20cm round cake tin
Combine Red Kidney Beans, orange juice, vanilla extract, coconut oil and 1-2 eggs in a food processor. Process until smooth, roughly 5 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and process for another minute, until well combined
Pour into greased cake tin and bake for 40 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to cool down slightly, then turn it onto a cooling rack
Sift 1 Cup icing sugar into a bowl
Add 2 Tbsp orange juice (if needed add more in small bits)
