Delicious Finnish Dessert
Cream the butter and sugar until light
Add the remaining ingredients and beat well
Divide the mix evenly between two cake baking containers or 1 flat baking tin and set aside
Beat the egg whites until stiff
Add the sugar and continue beating until peaks are formed
Scoop the meringue and evenly drop onto the top of the cake batters without mixing the two
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool down in the pan.
Whip the cream until fluffy
Add the yoghurt and sugar and beat a little more to combine well
Plate 1 of the cakes on the serving plate
Spread ⅓ of the cream on the cake
Add ⅔ of the berries to the cream top
Add ⅓ of the cream over the berries
Add the second cake on top of the cream and berries
Add the remaing cream on top of the cake
Decorate the top of the cake with the remaining berries
