BACALHAU À BRÁZ

Ingredients

  • 500 g Bacalhau if it's covered in salt soak for 48hrs before use
  • 1 Whole Onion Cut into rings
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic or to taste
  • 6 Eggs
  • 200 g French Fries
  • 100 ml Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper optional
  • ½ tsp Salt optional (I didn't use any)
  • 1 Jar Black Olives to be used as garnish to taste
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley to be used as garnish to taste
  • 60 ml Fresh Cream

Instructions

  1. Boil the Bacalhau for 15 min

  2. Drain the Bacalhau

  3. Break the Bacalhau into pieces (make sure to remove all bones)

  4. Beat together the Eggs and Fresh Cream with the optional Salt and Pepper

HOW TO COOK (15 min)

  1. AirFry or Oil Fry the French Fries and set aside

  2. Add Olive Oil to the Wok or Deep Frying Pan

  3. Add Chopped Onion to the Olive Oil, cook until translucent

  4. Add Garlic to the Onions, stirring constantly to avoid burning

  5. Add the Bacalhau and cook for about 5 min

  6. Add the cooked French Fries and mix well

  7. Add the Egg mix and mix well

  8. Plate the finished dish and garnish with Black Olives and Chopped Parsley and serve.
