Meg's Brownies

Incredibly delicious brownie recipe

Ingredients

  • 225 g Salted Butter or Margarine
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Cups Cake Flour
  • 90 ml Cocoa
  • 4 beaten Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Lightly grease baking tin

  3. Mix well butter/margarine and Cocoa

  4. Add dry ingredients to butter & cocoa and mix well

  5. Bake for 18 minutes

  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool

  7. Cut into squares
