Inspired by Durban’s iconic bunny-chow, this recipe is great for all the lockdown tinned foods in the cupboard.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan or pot
Fry the onions until soft and golden
Add garlic, ginger, spices, chutney and fry it all together for 1 minute making sure to mix it all
Add the Rhodes Quality Mixed Vegetables, Green Beans, Chopped Tomato and Butter Beans
Cover and Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes
Season the mixture to taste
Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out bread, add the piece of bread
