REVIEW: KIDLOLAND (THE APP)
We live in an era that technology, whether we like it or not, plays a part of our lives. Not only as adults but also our kids. Needless to say, our son loves spending time with the iPad or on one of our phones. I’m stunned at times at how easily he is able to navigate from app to app, and even download apps he thinks he is going to enjoy. Given the opportunity to review the KidloLand app recently I got to spend quality time with our son and explore the app.
KidloLand is ideal for kids 5 years and under. Super colourful and perfect to keep the kids’ attention. The app encourages children to learn their ABCs, the different fruits, shapes with the help of 1000+ interactive nursery rhymes, songs, stories and educational activities.
WHAT WE LIKED
- vibrant colours
- easy to use
- easy to navigate
- content can be used offline
- fun, fun fun
- secure
Our son is about to enter “BIG” school, so we enjoyed how through the use of old familiar catchy rhymes the app introduces and teaches about numbers, shapes, letters with the words to the rhymes being modified to teach the lesson. In a very fun way, our son is learning and becoming more familiar with the alphabet, numbers and the development of his fine motor skills with the use of the touchscreen functionality.
If you have a child in playschool or preschool, I totally recommend the app. It will keep them entertained and evolving their minds, with the knowledge they will be using as they get older and enter “BIG” school.
