Peanut Butter Biscuits

It’s Heritage Day in South Africa today so why not try a recipe from one of the local chef’s and restaurant owners in South Africa, David Higgs. Simple ingredients you will have at home already, and so quick to make. Delicious!

Peanut Butter Biscuits

Inspired by Chef David Higgs from Marbel Restaurant

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter Chunky gives it that extra crunch
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg I just couldn't waste ½ an egg
  • ¼ Cup Flour 1 Tbsp just seemed too little
  • ¼ Cup Desiccated Coconut Dedicated will do too

Instructions

  1. Cream Peanut Butter and Sugar

  2. Add Egg

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well

  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes
