Peanut Butter Biscuits
Inspired by Chef David Higgs from Marbel Restaurant
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Peanut Butter Chunky gives it that extra crunch
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg I just couldn't waste ½ an egg
- ¼ Cup Flour 1 Tbsp just seemed too little
- ¼ Cup Desiccated Coconut Dedicated will do too

Cream Peanut Butter and Sugar

Add Egg

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well

Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes
